Craig's NFL Performance Ratings

The origin of these NFL rankings comes from me stumbling across David Wilson's NCAA Football ratings. I thought his system was quite simple, fair, and unbiased and wondered how well it would work for rating the teams in the NFL. So, I started with David Wilson's source code from the NCAA Football ratings (with his permission) and modified it for my purposes of rating the NFL teams.
